This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services purchased from Wisdom Essence LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website
http://wisdomessence.business or other official sales channels.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
Our services include:
1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
Therapeutic Group Programs
Personal Growth Programs
2. General Principles
All services are delivered digitally and involve professional time allocation; therefore, refunds are limited.
Refunds are processed only in accordance with the terms outlined in this Policy.
Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a service unless otherwise stated.
3. 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
All payments for individual coaching sessions are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time.
Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the payment.
4. Therapeutic Group Programs
Monthly group programs are non-refundable once the month has started.
Refunds are only provided in the case of force majeure events (e.g., serious illness, unforeseen emergencies) that prevent continued participation.
Requests for such refunds must be submitted in writing to infodromanov@gmail.com within 7 calendar daysfrom the date of the event, with reasonable proof of circumstances.
5. Personal Growth Programs
Refunds are available only within the first 7 calendar days after the program’s official start date.
To request a refund, you must send a written request to infodromanov@gmail.com within this 7-day period.
After this period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If a refund is approved, access to all program materials, sessions, and resources will be immediately revoked.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, governmental actions, or illness of the coach. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule services where possible.
7. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
8. Non-Transferability
All purchases are non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer your service bookings to another person without our prior written consent.
