We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our sole discretion, without liability, and without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if younger)
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Will provide accurate and complete information when requested
4. Payments
All prices are listed in USD and must be paid in full prior to the start of service.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the payment method provided.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
1-on-1 Coaching: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Therapeutic Groups & Programs: Attendance is the responsibility of the client. Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and can be found at

1-on-1 Coaching Sessions: Non-refundable once booked.
Therapeutic Groups: Refunds only in cases of force majeure.
Personal Growth Program: Refunds available within 7 days from the start date.

All content provided by Wisdom Essence LLC — including text, materials, videos, graphics, and program structures — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without our prior written permission.
8. Client Responsibilities

Participate actively and complete any agreed assignments
Respect confidentiality within group settings
Avoid any disruptive behavior during sessions
